A one hour virtual consultation.
What happens?
On the call we will start by listening to what you want to achieve. Then we can best advise you on what your project could be and how to go about it.
We will talk you through design options to make the most of you project.
We will advise you on appointing a design team, managing your budget, gaining planning permission, finding a builder and how to get into a contract to complete the works.

We offer the same consultation as the Basic Service, but in addition we will provide you with a sketch plan of your project.
What is a sketch plan? A sketch plan is a initial drawing that shows you the potential of your project. It will illustrate how your new spaces will work for you, the scale of your project and it’s features.
We will send this plan to you in 5 working days following our consultation.
